How long does it take to process my order?
Typically orders can be processed within 24 hours. We have in house products for a faster turn around, while special requests and larger quantities may require 2 to 7 + days to be shopped for or shipped and/or handcrafted.
Where do you ship and deliver to?
We ship worldwide with UPS or FedEx. We deliver to the surrounding towns of Colchester , CT. Please contact us for scheduled deliveries and pricing.

How do you get your ideas?
We typically start by asking a few simple questions in order to gather the basic information we need. Once we have a clearer picture of your shopping needs, we'll then give you suggestions that seem to fit you best, based on that idea. Once you agree on an idea we will start the ordering process.
Can you take requested orders?
Yes, we certainly do. Once we have your ideas we'll give you a time frame to complete your request. This will be based on availability and time needed to acquire your request.
